Abstract

Russian Abstract: Проведенное исследование отражает методологические разработки по проведению второй волны мониторинга повышения эффективности общего образования в контексте повышения заработной платы педагогическим работникам. Первая волна данного мониторинга была проведена ЦЭНО РАНХиГС в 2013 г. и получила широкий общественный резонанс.

Для проведения второй волны мониторинга были разработаны и уточнены система показателей оценки эффективности образовательной системы, а также полевые документы проводимого исследования, что позволило получить три среза оценки эффективности школьного образования – со стороны директоров школ, учителей и родителей школьников. Результаты исследования имеют широкий спектр практического использования.

English Abstract: The study reflects the methodological development for the second wave of increase of efficiency of the monitoring of the general education in the context of higher wages to teachers. The first wave of this monitoring was carried TSENO RANEPA in 2013 and has received wide publicity.

For the second wave of the monitoring have been developed and refined a system of indicators to measure the effectiveness of the educational system, as well as field studies conducted by the documents, which provided three cutting evaluation of the effectiveness of school education - from school principals, teachers and parents of students. Results of the study are a wide range of practical use.
